Job Summary and Responsibilities
As a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner with our Primary Care Associates Group in Cleveland, TN, you will provide comprehensive healthcare to patients of all ages. This includes preventative care, diagnosis and treatment of illnesses, managing chronic conditions, and referring patients to specialists when necessary, essentially acting as the primary healthcare provider for individuals and families across the lifespan.
In this role, you will apply your broad medical expertise to address a wide range of health concerns, fostering long-term relationships with your patients and guiding them through their healthcare journey. This involves meticulous assessment, thoughtful treatment planning, and effective communication to ensure holistic and continuous care.
To be successful in this role, you will be a skilled and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner committed to providing high quality comprehensive care within a community focused practice. In your role, you will:

  • Provide comprehensive, patient-centered care to a diverse patient population.
  • Foster strong and lasting relationships within the community.
  • Manage a steady flow of patients throughout the day.
  • Utilize Epic, our electronic health record system, to streamline clinical workflow.
  • Collaborate within a supportive and multidisciplinary team of experienced primary care physicians and advanced practice providers.
  • Contribute to enhanced professional growth and patient outcomes.
We are offering a competitive base salary, a generous CME allowance that includes 40 hours of time away, sign-on bonus, student loan assistance, and relocation assistance for new hires who meet the eligibility requirements
Job Requirements
Required:
  • Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
  • Active or eligible License and DEA in the state of Tennessee
  • Current BLS and ACLS certification
Preferred:
  • 1-3 years previous experience as a NP or PA in an acute or primary care setting or has equivalent RN experience
