Join the NOTS Logistics Warehouse Team as a Forklift Operator
NOTS Logistics is hiring a Forklift Operator – at our Lebanon, TN warehouse location. Forklift Operators are required to safely assist the repack supervisor by performing daily floor activities for moving materials and responding to production demands efficiently. Forklift operation will primarily be a stand up reach truck, but may include other power industrial truck operations as deemed by management. All associates must be able to keep accurate inventory records and have excellent attention to detail. All full-time employees are eligible for benefits, which include health, vision and dental insurance, short-term disability, life insurance, 401k and more!
Starting Pay Rate:
$21.00 hourly for forklift operators
*Weekly paychecks*
Hours:
1st Shift, Monday – Friday,
Hours 5:45am-1:45pm with OT and weekends as needed
Key duties & responsibilities:
  • Communicate with coworkers in a positive and friendly manner.
  • Daily checklists on all equipment and reporting damages or issues immediately
  • Come to work on time and prepare to work the assigned shift.
  • Assist with on-the-job training of team members.
  • Verify and inspect all material is transported securely
  • Use RF Scanner to locate materials.
  • Use equipment to transport material safely throughout the warehouse while abiding to all safety rules and procedures.
  • Maintain compliance with housekeeping and 5S procedures at all times
  • Compliance will all HR and Safety Policies and must adhere to NOTS Logistics code of ethics at all times
  • Move materials, transporting totes and/or assisting production personnel as deemed necessary by production demands and staffing levels, etc.
  • Perform other duties as required by management.

Job requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior forklift experience preferred.
  • Prior warehouse experience preferred.
  • Ability to stand for 10 hours.
  • Ability to lift 25lbs repetitively.
  • Ability to read and/or interpret work instructions.
  • RF Scanner experience a plus
