Now Hiring Forklift Operator (All shifts available)

Location: Cedar Falls, IA

Overview

We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Forklift Operator to join our fast-paced warehouse team. In this role, you will safely move, load, and organize oversized products using a sit-down forklift and RF scanning equipment. This position plays a critical role in maintaining accurate inventory, supporting shipping operations, and keeping the warehouse running efficiently.


What You’ll Do
  • Start each shift with safety checks and team warm-up routines
  • Review daily orders and prioritize tasks accordingly
  • Operate a sit-down forklift to pick and transport materials throughout the warehouse
  • Use RF scanners and labeling systems to locate, track, and manage inventory
  • Load and unload trucks with oversized and heavy products
  • Handle materials such as equipment tires and agricultural products with care
  • Accurately sort, label, and stage items on pallets or in containers
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area (sweeping and general housekeeping)
  • Follow all safety protocols and warehouse procedures
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to resolve issues

  • Ability to lift up to 65 lbs as needed

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr.
