The 'remote' aspect means that the work can be performed from home or another location outside of a traditional office. These roles typically provide on-the-job training and may require completion of a certification program or coursework in medical billing and coding.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a trainee remote medical billing & coding?

Familiarity with medical billing software, electronic health records (EHR) systems, and sometimes HIPAA compliance certification is typically required.
