Job description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment throughout the plant. This includes offices, workspaces, restrooms, and breakrooms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and restock assigned areas, including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and restroom maintenance.

  • Perform and document routine inspections and cleaning tasks.

  • Carry out occasional deep-cleaning projects or special assignments.

  • Report maintenance or cleanliness issues to management promptly.

  • Maintain cleaning supplies and ensure storage areas are organized.

  • Work collaboratively with staff and follow company safety and hygiene protocols.

  • Other duties as required.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a janitorial, custodial, or related cleaning role preferred.

  • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safe handling procedures.

  • Ability to work independently and complete tasks with minimal supervision.

  • Dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.

  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
