Pay: $28-$35 hourly

This position is onsite in Spokane WA and reports to the General Sales Manager.

Subaru of Spokane is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Trainee to join our growing team. We design this entry-level, training-focused role to support our Sales department while we develop the skills, product knowledge, and experience needed to grow into a traditional Sales Representative position. This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation. The hourly earning range for this role is $28 to $35 per hour.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
