Job description

The Manufacturing Plant Manager will lead and oversee the operations of a manufacturing facility. This role focuses on driving production efficiency, ensuring product quality, maintaining a safe work environment, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement through Lean Manufacturing principles. The manager will lead the team to meet operational goals without the need for travel.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee production operations to meet output and quality targets
  • Manage quality control processes to ensure product standards
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols across the plant
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team.
  • Drive process improvements using Lean Manufacturing methodologies
  • Manage inventory to support seamless production flow
