Job description

Well-established cardiology practice north of Bostonseeks a Board-Certified Interventional Cardiologist to provide comprehensive cardiovascular care with a focus on invasive and catheter-based procedures. This role emphasizes clinical excellence, teamwork, and patient-centered care in a community-focused setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterizations, including coronary angiography, PCI with stent placement, and management of acute coronary syndromes (STEMI/NSTEMI)

  • Provide on-call interventional coverage for emergent cardiac cases

  • Deliver inpatient and outpatient cardiology consultations and longitudinal management of CAD, heart failure, and valvular disease

  • Coordinate care with PCPs and specialists to ensure seamless transitions

  • Maintain accurate EMR documentation, adhere to evidence-based guidelines, and participate in quality improvement initiatives

  • Engage in continuing medical education and mentorship of staff/trainees as applicable

Qualifications

  • MD or DO with board certification in Internal Medicine, Cardiology, and Interventional Cardiology

  • Eligible for Massachusetts licensure; active DEA and hospital privileges required

  • Strong communication, leadership, and quality improvement experience

  • J-1 and H-1B candidates encouraged to apply; sponsorship available

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary range: $185"$288/hourly (exclusive of benefits/bonuses); final offer based on experience, licensure, and internal equity
