Job description

Description
Your Wake-Up Call - The Next Generation
Are you handy with tools but not sure which trade to commit to? Tired of dead-end jobs that lay people off the second the economy takes a hit?
Let's talk about a career that is literally mandated by law, required in every commercial building, and absolutely bulletproof against economic hardships: Fire & Life Safety. Buildings don't stop needing fire protection just because the stock market has a bad day.
We are N8 Fire & Safety, and we are on a mission to build a high-octane, elite team. We aren't looking for people who want to stare at their phones or punch a clock. We are looking for hungry, driven rookies who want to be molded into the absolute best in the industry. If you want to kick ass, learn a high-paying, specialized trade, and build a career you can be proud of, this is your proving ground.
Responsibilities
The Mission (Your Training)
You won't be fetching coffee; you'll be in the trenches learning how to protect lives and property. You will start as a recruit and train to become a lethal weapon in the field.
Shadow the Elite: Work directly alongside our lead technicians, absorbing actual knowledge about fire suppression systems, alarms, and life safety codes.
Get Your Hands Dirty: Learn to troubleshoot, install, and maintain critical systems in a fast-paced, field-oriented environment.
Master the Trade: Go from a green trainee to a fully capable, highly respected life safety technician. We will give you the tools and the knowledge; you provide the sweat.
Qualifications
The Arsenal (What You Bring)
We don't care if you don't know fire codes yet. We care about your grit.
The Hunger: You have a burning desire to learn a trade, outwork the competition, and become a master of your craft.
Mechanical Aptitude: You know your way around a toolbox, aren't afraid of manual labor, and can figure things out with your hands.
A "No Excuses" Mentality: You show up early, work hard, and play hard. You thrive on a challenge and push through the struggle to get the reward.
A Blank Slate: You are ready to listen, execute, and be trained the right way by a company that wants to see you win.
