Requirements for Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):

  • Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or in the process of scheduling/taking the state exam

  • Graduated from a LPN training program

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care, assisting residents with activities of daily living, and supporting the healthcare team to enhance the quality of life for our residents.

Key Duties Include:

  • Monitor and document residents' vital signs, physical conditions, and emotional well-being.

  • Provide support with mobility, transfers, and positioning of residents.

  • Assist with meal service, ensuring residents' nutritional needs are met.

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.

  • Communicate with nursing staff about any changes in residents' conditions.

  • Assist with medication reminders as directed by healthcare providers.

  • Promote a positive and supportive atmosphere for residents, their families, and the team.
