Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow HRSD Senior Developer to lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) solutions. The ideal candidate will independently drive HRSD projects, mentor junior developers, collaborate with business and HR stakeholders, and participate in architecture review boards by presenting and defending technical designs aligned with enterprise standards.

Key Responsibilities

·       Design, develop, configure, and implement ServiceNow HRSD solutions including:

o   HR Case Management

o   Employee Center

o   HR Service Catalog

o   Lifecycle Events

o   HR Knowledge Management

o   Document Management

·       Develop and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, Flow Designer workflows, UI Policies, ACLs, and integrations.

·       Lead technical solution design and prepare HLD/LLD documentation.

·       Participate in Architecture Review Boards and defend technical designs and implementation approaches.

·       Build integrations with HR systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Azure AD, and other enterprise applications.

·       Ensure security, data privacy, and compliance requirements for employee data.

·       Conduct code reviews and establish development best practices.

·       Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership across projects.

·       Collaborate with HR stakeholders, business analysts, architects, and project teams to deliver scalable HR solutions.

Required Technical Skills

·       8+ years of ServiceNow development experience, including 6+ years in HRSD.

·       Strong expertise in:

o   ServiceNow HRSD
