The Required Upskilling Pipeline:

Database & API Testing: Structured backend data validation using SQL queries and API test manipulation using Postman.

Test Automation Ecosystems: Object-oriented programming basics (Java) integrated with Selenium WebDriver fundamentals.

Modern Frameworks & CI/CD: Hands-on introductions to Playwright and Cypress frameworks alongside Jenkins CI/CD pipelines.

Requirements

A genuine interest in launching or advancing a long-term IT career in Quality Assurance.

Full commitment to attending live, daily weekday technical sessions and completing assignments.

High communication skills and strong technical problem-solving logic.

A reliable personal computer setup and stable high-speed internet access.

Valid work authorization for your country of residence to fulfill employer placement contracts.
