What You'll Do: •Install, repair, adjust, and maintain small electric or pneumatic control systems used for building. This includes heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems and equipment. •Conduct ongoing maintenance on building HVAC equipment to ensure proper operation of equipment and compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, and work safety. •Troubleshoot equipment failures and determine best course of action for equipment modifications. •Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion. •Impact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks are described in detail. •Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.
