This is a hybrid role located onsite in Minnetonka, Minnesota
Role Overview
Under supervision, responsible for all aspects of corporate sales and analysis both internally and externally. This position is a combination of sales support and analysis both regionally and nationally. Reports to the Growth Officer and works closely with many departments, so strong communication skills are needed
Key Responsibilities
  • Work with the Growth Officer and regional sales to develop relationships with National Producers.
  • Participate in Business Analysis, project team, or individual meetings with management, preparing discussion topics and presenting information in a professional manner.
  • Coordinate inquiries and RFPs from producer level.
  • Provide data analysis, validation, and report development.
  • Select appropriate business analysis approach. Organize and synthesize information provided by customers, vendors, and the market.
  • Demonstrate skills in creative thinking, decision making, and problem solving.
  • Create sales brochures and PowerPoints for use on a regional and national basis by working with producers.
  • Support marketing department when needed.

What You Bring
  • 4 Year / Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or in a related field or the equivalent education and or experience
  • 2 years Sales and Analysis. Working in a team environment. Multitasking and Time Management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Extremely creative and ability to look for unconventional solutions to problems
  • Experience with Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent organization and priority assessment skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced atmosphere and produce quality work in deadline-driven environments

  • The ability to be a self-starter who takes ownership and full accountability

Pay Transparency
The pay range for this position is $74,600 - $112,000, which includes geographic adjustments, where applicable. The pay range is the range THMCC, in good faith, believes is appropriate for this role at the time of this posting. The hired applicant will be offered pay within the entire range based on the candidate's geographic location, qualifications, work experience, education, and/or skill level.
