Job description

Beast Mode Truckin seeks Class A regional drivers for Northeast lanes. New CDL graduates are encouraged to apply; paid OTR training is provided for drivers with under 6 months’ experience.

  • Compensation & benefits
    • $1,600–$1,800 per week (typical $1,700/week)
    • Trainee pay: $850/week during 4–6 week OTR training (for drivers with <6 months’ experience)
    • Mileage pay starting at $0.80/mile, up to $0.85/mile with experience
    • $15 per stop; $80 unload pay; monthly safety bonus
    • Full benefits after 30 days: medical, dental, 401(k), paid time off

    • Region: Northeast (New England states down to Virginia)
    • Freight: 100% touch dry van (full hand unload or unload assist)
    • Average mileage: ~1,800 miles/week
    • Drivers with <6 months’ experience run 4–6 weeks with a trainer
    • Weekly home time; day or night shifts as assigned
    • Orientation held at the nearest hub location
  • Minimum requirements
    • Age 21 or older and valid Class A CDL
    • Graduate of an accredited truck driving school with at least 120 hours

    • No involuntary termination from most recent employment for safety‑related reasons
    • 10‑year employment history with no major gaps; at least 6 months in the last year or 1 year in the last 3 years
    • Ability to pass pre‑employment urine and hair drug screens
