Position Summary:

2nd Swing is seeking experienced Club Fitters to join our team and deliver best-in-class fitting experiences for golfers of all skill levels. In this role, you will leverage your equipment knowledge and fitting expertise to create engaging, one-on-one fittings and recommend the best equipment solutions tailored to each golfer’s needs.

This opportunity is ideal for experienced club fitters seeking flexible work with premium hourly pay. Whether you are semi-retired, teaching during the week, working events, or simply prefer weekend fitting, we offer the ability to focus on delivering exceptional fitting experiences. 

Responsibilities:

  • Share product knowledge while making personal recommendations based on talent and skill level
  • Work one-on-one with guests to ensure a positive and personalized club fitting experience
  • Create a welcoming, professional, and hospitality-driven atmosphere for every customer
  • Operate Trackman launch monitors to gather data throughout the fitting experience
  • Maintain expert knowledge of current equipment, fitting technology, and industry trends
  • Support and mentor fellow fitters to uphold 2nd Swing’s fitting standards and best practices
  • Contribute to a team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including weekends. 
  • Success oriented and engaging personality

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Deep understanding of golf equipment, swing dynamics, and custom fitting principles across all major brands 
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on creating a premium, service-oriented customer experience 
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze performance data to make precise, personalized equipment recommendations 
      Physical Requirements:
      • Prolonged periods of standing and bending
      • Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds

      Compensation: 

      $25 - $40 per hour, based on previous experience
