Responsibilities - What Awaits You

• Evaluate test results meticulously for consistency, resolve discrepancies, and carry out routine maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment.
• Support the specimen collection process and prepare samples for analysis as required.
• Thoroughly document each procedure, mentor newcomers or trainees, and contribute to maintaining high laboratory standards.
• Ensure a safe and organized work environment while complying with all regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health qualification along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certification Requirements

• Must obtain ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of joining.
• Maintain active certification for the duration of employment.
