We're looking for a Digital Designer / Video Editor with strong editing skills and a sharp eye for social-first creative. This is an opportunity to work with a highly visible fashion and lifestyle brand, creating fast-moving digital content designed for today's social platforms.
The ideal candidate is highly proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, understands how to edit content specifically for social audiences, and is comfortable working quickly without sacrificing creative quality. You'll collaborate closely with Art Directors and other creative partners to bring concepts and campaigns to life across social and digital channels.
This is a hybrid opportunity requiring 2-3 days per week in the office, with flexibility to work remotely on the remaining days.
What You'll Do
  • Edit engaging, social-first video content with quick turnaround times.
  • Create and adapt content for social and other digital channels, with an understanding of how creative needs to perform differently by platform.
  • Use Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects to edit, enhance, animate, and deliver polished creative assets.
  • Partner closely with Art Directors to bring creative concepts and campaign ideas to life.
  • Support the development of comps, mockups, and creative ideas for internal and leadership presentations.
  • Help execute creative across social, email, web, and other digital touchpoints.
  • Work within fast-paced daily and weekly production timelines while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
  • Stay current on emerging social, fashion, video, and content trends and bring fresh ideas to the team.
  • Collaborate with creative partners, communicate proactively, and confidently manage multiple priorities.
  • Potentially support content capture/shooting based on experience and project needs.

What We're Looking For
  • Strong hands-on video editing experience with a portfolio or reel demonstrating your work.
  • High proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
  • Experience with Adobe After Effects, including motion and animation for digital content.
  • Experience editing content specifically for social media platforms.
  • Ability to execute quick-turn edits in a fast-paced creative environment.
  • Approximately 1-2+ years of relevant design, video editing, or creative production experience; strong internship or early-career professional experience may also be considered.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Mac-based creative workflows.
  • Strong visual sensibility and understanding of digital design and creative production.
  • Excellent organization and ability to prioritize competing deadlines.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable taking initiative.
  • Awareness of current social and fashion trends.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.

Nice to Have
