What is a trainee extrusion machine operator?

Trainee Extrusion Machine Operators are entry-level workers who assist in setting up, operating, and maintaining extrusion machines, which are used to shape materials such as plastic or metal into specific forms. As trainees, they work under the supervision of experienced operators to learn the processes involved, including feeding raw materials, monitoring equipment, and performing quality checks.
