Job description

1st Shift CNC Programmer/Operator (Haas CNC)

Join our manufacturing team! We're looking for an entry-level CNC Programmer/Operator with at least one year of experience to help produce high-quality precision components using Haas CNC equipment.

Responsibilities
  • Set up, operate, and program Haas CNC milling machines.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and technical drawings.
  • Use CAD/CAM software to create and modify CNC programs.
  • Inspect parts using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.).
  • Perform machine setups, tooling changes, and routine maintenance.
  • Troubleshoot machining and programming issues.
  • Maintain quality and production documentation.
  • Work with engineering and production teams to improve processes.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 1 year of CNC machining and programming experience required.
  • Knowledge of CAD/CAM software required.
  • Experience with Haas CNC mills and Fanuc controls preferred.
  • Ability to read blueprints and GD&T.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
  • Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office; Excel experience is a plus).
  • Able to work independently and communicate effectively.
