Date of Need: 4/18/22- 9/16/22; could be ongoing depending on when permanent provider in place
No weekends or after-hours call
# patients/day - depends on mix of intakes vs. follow-ups
Intakes: 45 min-1 hr; follow-ups - 30 min
In-person is preferred, but not required
Full multi-disciplinary staff of MDs, NPs, RNs, MAs, therapists, social work, BH specialists, pharmacy are available
