Overview

SodaStream is seeking a creative, strategic and results-driven Content & Creator Manager to join the North America Marketing team. Reporting to the Brand Marketing & Activation Manager North America, this role is responsible for developing and executing content, creator, influencer, social media, and social commerce programs that drive awareness, engagement, consumer education, trial, and long-term brand growth for North America. The role serves as North America's subject matter expert in creator marketing, content activation, social engagement, and emerging social commerce platforms. Working closely with category marketing, media, e-commerce, agencies, and external creator partners, the role helps bring brand strategies to life through culturally relevant content, creator partnerships, influencer activations, and always-on social programming. The position plays a critical role in building SodaStream's creator, content, and social capabilities, ensuring the brand remains relevant, discoverable, and engaging across evolving consumer platforms and communities.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute large-scale influencer and creator programs across the USA and Canada that support brand campaigns, innovation launches, seasonal moments, and always-on activation initiatives.
  • Develop influencer and creator strategies, briefs, audience frameworks, and activation plans, partnering with agency teams on creator identification, contracting, relationship management, and program execution.
  • Provide strategic direction, approval, and optimization of creator and influencer recommendations to ensure alignment with brand objectives, consumer targets, and business priorities.
  • Support the development of long‑term creator ecosystems that build brand credibility, engagement, advocacy, cultural relevance, and commerce.
  • Partner with agencies and external partners to deliver effective influencer and creator programs, establish best practices, and maximize return on investment.
  • Lead the development and execution of content activation plans across organic social, creators, influencers, and social commerce platforms.
  • Own the social content calendar and content planning process, ensuring alignment with business priorities, activation plans, seasonal moments, and innovation launches.
  • Partner with category marketing, media, and e‑commerce teams to ensure content and creator programs support full‑funnel demand generation objectives.
  • Identify emerging content trends, creator opportunities, and social platform innovations, translating learnings into actionable recommendations for the broader marketing team.
Compensation and Benefits
  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $88,200 - $147,650.
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
  • Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 8% of annual salary paid out annually.
  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 5-7 years of experience in creator marketing, influencer marketing, content, social media, brand activation, or digital marketing.
  • Proven experience developing and executing creator, influencer, content, and social activation programs that drive measurable business results.
  • Experience leveraging social commerce platforms, including TikTok Shop and creator‑led commerce initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of creator ecosystems, consumer engagement, social platforms, content strategy, and emerging digital trends.
  • Strong project management, communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management capabilities, with the ability to lead multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience managing agencies and cross‑functional partners within a matrix organization.
  • Demonstrated leadership, critical thinking, and problem‑solving skills, with a highly collaborative, entrepreneurial, and results‑oriented mindset.
