Job description

For a long-term engagement supporting an internal CRM team and operations within an enterprise environment, we are looking for an experienced CRM Developer (Dynamics 365) to support implementation, customization and further development of the CRM environment.
The developers will work closely with the Solution Architect and implement defined requirements in Microsoft Dynamics 365.

General Conditions
Start: ASAP
Duration: Long-term / permanent support
Workload: 100% preferred
Working model: 95% Remote, occasional on-site presence upon agreement
Language: English mandatory, German is a plus
440 - 480 a day
Responsibilities
Implementation and customization in Microsoft Dynamics 365
Development within the following modules: Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Insights, Project Operations
Technical implementation of requirements defined in User Stories
Development using: C#, JavaScript, Plugins, Workflows, Power Platform components
Configuration and extension of CRM modules
Integration support in collaboration with the Solution Architect
Bug fixing, optimization and system enhancement
Technical documentation

Requirements
Several years of experience as CRM Developer (Dynamics 365)
Strong experience with: C#, JavaScript, Plugin development, Workflows, Power Platform
Experience working with Dynamics Sales, Customer Insights and/or Project Operations
Ability to understand business requirements described in User Stories and translate them into technical solutions
Structured and solution-oriented working style
English required, German is an advantage
