Reporting to the Manager of Data Platforms & Engineering, you will design, automate, andoperatescalable, reliable data platforms-primarily Databricks-within Conagra's Azure environment. You will enable consistent, highquality data engineering and data product delivery through CI/CD, InfrastructureasCode, and robust Disaster Recovery, applying site reliability engineering principles to drive automation, observability, and resilience across the data platform ecosystem.
A Taste of Your Responsibilities
Data Platform Engineering (Primary Focus)
Build,operate, andoptimizeDatabricks workspaces, clusters, jobs, storage integrations, and platform configurations.
Manage workspace governance, cluster policies, secrets, access controls, andcostguardrails.
CI/CD for Data Engineering & Data Products
Design andmaintainCI/CD pipelines supporting consistent deployment of notebooks, transformations, libraries, and data products while supporting testdriven development standards.
Resiliency & Disaster Recovery
Ingredients Required for Your Success
5+ years in platform engineering, data platform operations, site reliability engineering, DevOps, or related roles.
Experience with operational excellence practices such as monitoring, alerting, incident response, and rootcause analysis.

Compensation
Pay Range:$81,000-$118,000
The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee's actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees' equity.Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
