The Role:
As the CNC Operators, you willprepare and set up machines to fabricate highly precision-machined parts.Operators set up and operate close tolerance and conventional equipment, thenverify precision machined parts and document actions.
Your Responsibilities:
  • Fabricates highly precision-machined parts by operating turning centers and milling centers per work orders, routers & blueprints.
  • Set-up close tolerance and conventional equipment by studying drawings, samples, blueprints, and manuals, installing computerized instructions.
  • Documents actions by signing-off and completing forms, reports, logs ands and records
  • Performs quality tests and operational checks.
  • Verifies parts by using precision measuring equipment.
  • May be assigned additional tasks as needed.

Our Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • Ability to read calipers, micrometers, indicators, edge finder and blueprints
  • Basic understanding of CNC Controls and cutting tools
  • Basic mechanical skills
  • Ability to deburr and handle parts to customer requirements
  • Work independently
  • Installs computerized instructions
  • Safety/quality minded
  • Good work ethics
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Able to effectively communicate with employees, departments and management

Pay Range: $20.00 - $30.00 (2nd shift has a 15% shift differential)
