Job Overview
The CNC Waterjet Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of CNC waterjet cutting equipment to shape cut various materials with accuracy and efficiency. Pay Rate: $19.25 - 25.80/hour DOE.
A Day In The Life
  • Set up and operate water jet cutting machines, ensuring optimal performance and safety compliance
  • Adjust machine parameter such as pressure, speed, and nozzle settings to achieve precise cuts
  • Loading raw materials and parts onto machines
  • Performing test runs and adjusting setting to meet specifications
  • Monitoring machine operations and adjusting for optimal results
  • Inspecting and measuring finished products for accuracy and quality
  • Performing routine maintenance and daily checks on equipment
  • Maintaining accurate job logs, routers, and related documentation
  • Keeping work areas clean and organized in compliance with safety standards
  • Supporting team scheduling, training, and workflow coordination as needed
