This position is responsible for operating and programming laser cutting equipment, ensuring production quality, and maintaining efficient workflow. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, dependable, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and program laser cutting machines using nesting reports and laser software
  • Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and routers
  • Accurately read and use a tape measure
  • Set up and perform countersinking operations on parts
  • Troubleshoot cutting head and machine performance issues
  • Perform basic machine setup and adjustments
  • Maintain quality standards and inspect finished parts
