Job description

As a CNC Machine Operator, you play a critical role in producing highquality parts that keep our operation running smoothly. We will rely on your ability to safely set up and operate CNC equipment, read blueprints, and ensure parts meet quality and tolerance requirements. This is a great opportunity for individuals with CNC machining experience, manufacturing background, or handson production skills. This position could work in our machining or press brake areas.

Day to Day Responsibilities

  • Operate equipment efficiently to meet production and quality standards
  • Set up CNC machines to manufacture parts according to specifications, including selecting and installing correct dies, tooling, and/or machine settings.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders to ensure proper dimensions and tolerances.
  • Inspect parts to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Accurately enter production data, shop order quantities, and time using a computer.
  • Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
  • Assists in other CNC Machine or manufacturing areas as needed.

Qualifications

  • Experience with CNC machines or manufacturing equipment preferred
  • Ability to read blueprints, measurements, and tolerances.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality parts.
