At KMM, our team supports mission-critical components for medical device, aerospace, defense, space exploration, and high-tech manufacturing. The parts moving through our shop may support surgical tools, life-saving equipment, space manufacturing, aircraft, and advanced technology. This is hands-on work with a future attached to it.
We offer the option of working 4 ten-hour shifts, Monday - Thursday. Enjoy a long weekend!

You'll use hand tools and specialized equipment to deburr and finish precision components while supporting quality and production requirements.
  • Deburr and finish precision-machined parts to customer specifications
  • Use hand tools and specialty deburring and finishing equipment
  • Operate automated passivation and parts-washing systems
  • Perform titanium anodizing and related finishing processes
  • Perform sandblasting, cleaning, and other finishing operations
  • Inspect parts for burrs, surface imperfections, and finishing quality
  • Follow routers, work instructions, drawings, and customer specifications
  • Accurately record production, inspection, scrap, and rework information
  • Identify and report quality, safety, and nonconformance issues
  • Assist with product flow, material handling, and production support
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

• What We're Looking For
Preferred Requirements:
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to work with your hands
  • Ability to safely use hand tools and production equipment
  • Ability to follow work instructions and process requirements
  • Dependability and a strong team mindset
  • Willingness to learn specialized manufacturing processes

We're willing to train the right person. Previous experience with deburring, metal finishing, precision machining, hand tools, sandblasting, passivation, anodizing, parts washing, inspection, or CNC manufacturing is a plus.
Experience from manufacturing, machining, fabrication, automotive, mechanical, maintenance, technical school, or other hands-on environments may transfer well to this position.

Why KMM
We are looking for someone who wants to learn the trade, understand the process, and grow into a skilled manufacturing career.
You will be surrounded by experienced machinists, grinders, EDM specialists, quality professionals, and manufacturing leaders who understand that precision is built one decision at a time. Around here, people are Paid to Think. Questions matter. Curiosity matters. The person who notices a detail before it becomes a problem is valuable.
