We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Service Director to join our team and support the Fixed Operations Director in overseeing all service departments. This leadership role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the efficient operation and exceptional customer service standards of our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a comprehensive understanding of service operations within the automotive or related industries.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Fixed Operations Director in managing daily operations of all service departments
  • Oversee service department staff, ensuring high levels of productivity, professionalism, and customer satisfaction
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service efficiency, profitability, and customer retention
  • Monitor key performance indicators and prepare reports for senior management
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards
  • Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, continuous improvement, and professional development
  • Handle escalated customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and effectively
  • Coordinate with parts, sales, and other departments to optimize overall service operations

Requirements:
