Now Hiring: Service and Sales Representative Trainee - Chicago, IL

Auto-Chlor System is hiring a Service and Sales Representative to join our Chicago team. This is a hands-on route position supporting restaurants and commercial kitchens while learning the skills needed to manage your own customer route.
About the Role
After paid training, you'll service customers along a set route, restock chemical products, perform preventive maintenance on commercial dishwashers, and build strong customer relationships using a company vehicle.
What You'll Get
  • $60,000-$65,000 annually, with a typical 40-45 hour workweek including hourly pay, overtime, and on-call bonuses
  • Consistent schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-4:30 PM
  • On-call rotation: Once every 6-8 weeks
  • Company-provided resources: Vehicle during business hours, phone, tools, uniforms, and paid training
