Join like-minded colleagues who share a mission of enhancing patient outcomes, all while being backed by a comprehensive rewards package that prioritizes your career growth and well-being.
Description - Day-to-Day Activities
  • Conduct routine and specialized clinical laboratory assessments-including chemistry, hematology, immunology, and more-adhering to established protocols.
  • Review results for precision, troubleshoot any discrepancies, and maintain laboratory instruments through preventative maintenance and calibration.
  • Participate in specimen collection and appropriately prepare samples for analysis when required.
  • Thoroughly document all laboratory procedures, provide mentorship to trainees, and uphold the highest lab quality standards.
  • Ensure a clean and safe laboratory environment, complying with all regulatory and accreditation mandates.
Education Requirements
  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or hold an equivalent allied health degree in conjunction with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.
Certifications Needed

Skills and Attributes
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for effective collaboration within healthcare teams.

  • Excellent organizational skills along with attention to detail, particularly in terms of quality control and accurate documentation.
Benefits Overview
  • Competitive annual salary reflective of experience and qualification levels.
  • A thoroughly comprehensive benefits package: including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance.
  • Generous paid time off starting from day one, alongside vacation/holiday allowances adjusted for experienced hires.
  • Opportunities for continuing education and support for professional advancement.
  • A robust total rewards package that emphasizes your holistic wellness.

Transforming Lives Through Precision
In this pivotal role, your keen eye at the microscope empowers the healthcare team's decision-making process and, ultimately, affects patient well-being. Your role ensures precise results that healthcare professionals and patients alike depend on.
A Collaborative and Nurturing Environment
Here, you're not just a technician; you're part of a supportive community that thrives on collaboration and continuous improvement. Regular in-lab meetings, competency recaps, and process-refinement projects promote a culture where every voice is valued. You'll find yourself encouraged to participate in team initiatives, suggest process improvements, and even take on mentoring opportunities for new recruits.
