Now Hiring: Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA)

All Shifts Available | Full-Time & Part-Time

Entry-level and experienced CNAs welcome!

Pay Rate: Up to $22 per hour

Shift Hours
  • Day Shift: 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM

  • Evening Shift: 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM

Shift Differentials Available:

  • 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM: +$1.00/hour

  • 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM: +$1.50/hour

Position Summary

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides quality resident care and assistance with activities of daily living while ensuring the health, safety, dignity, and comfort of all residents.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with meals, feeding, hydration, and nourishment between meals

  • Provide personal hygiene care including bathing, grooming, toileting, and showers

  • Assist with ambulation, transfers, turning, and positioning

  • Monitor resident stability by checking vital signs and weights; record intake and output

  • Respond promptly to call lights and resident requests

  • Observe residents and report changes in condition to nursing staff

  • Complete required documentation including forms, reports, logs, and records

  • Maintain resident privacy and dignity; comply with HIPAA guidelines

  • Follow company policies and all federal, state, and local regulations (including JCAHO when applicable)

  • Participate in ongoing education and training

  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications
  • Current Illinois CNA certification required

  • Long-term care experience preferred

  • Current CPR certification required

  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English

Physical Demands
  • Ability to sit, stand, bend, and walk regularly

  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 100 pounds

  • Visual and auditory ability sufficient for effective communication

  • Moderate noise level in the work environment
