•    Ensures that claims valued over the threshold are reported timely to the insurer.
•    Works closely with legal, broker, and insurer for best resolution of claims as well as other various departments to ensure new or changing safety policies & procedures are captured and risk managed by impacted workgroups.
•    Develops and delivers training on claims procedures, regulatory changes, and relevant aviation policies for adjusters and other stakeholders.
•    Participates in claims reviews, audits, and loss control initiatives, providing claims expertise and risk insights.
•    Manages claims-related litigation and represents the company at mediation and settlement conferences as needed (travel required).
•    Establishes and maintains robust claims handling protocols and best practices in accordance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry standards.
•    Provides direct leadership and day-to-day management of assigned direct reports
