Job description

Surveillance Team Lead

FRDA is seeking a Surveillance Team Lead. This role is onsite in Ft. Bragg, NC.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform ASOT Role Player duties as defined by the scenario defined within the applicable training class IAW requirements of the Government's classified SOW.
  • Serve as Team Lead.
  • Teach surveillance techniques to intelligence and special operations trainees.
  • Conduct live surveillance exercises, including foot, vehicle, and aerial surveillance.
  • Evaluate trainee performance and provide feedback on tradecraft skills.
  • Ensure realistic training scenarios that reflect modern surveillance threats.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must be a US Citizen.
  • A minimum of one (1) year of experience as a SME performing similar work.
  • Possess an active Secret clearance.
  • Must be computer literate.
  • Skilled in vehicle and foot surveillance.
  • Skilled in map reading, technical surveillance, and surveillance detection.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Graduate of a DoD recognized surveillance course.
  • Extensive experience in surveillance and countersurveillance operations.
  • Background in intelligence, law enforcement, or military reconnaissance.
  • Strong instructional skills and experience mentoring operatives.
  • Advanced training in operational surveillance and countersurveillance techniques.
  • Experience with a variety of ethnic and gender backgrounds.
