We are looking for motivated, safety-focused individuals to join our team as a Driver Trainee. This entry-level position begins as a Laborer / Non-CDL Driver, supporting warehouse and delivery operations, with a clear pathway to become a CDL Driver.
Top performers will have the opportunity to participate in a company-sponsored CDL training program, allowing you to build a long-term career as a professional driver.
What You'll Do:
Delivery & Driving Responsibilities Safely operate non-CDL company vehicles to deliver materials to customer job sites
Assist with loading, unloading, securing, and protecting materials during transport
Support drivers at delivery locations by moving and placing materials as directed
Maintain delivery paperwork, logs, and communication with dispatch
Perform routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
Warehouse & Labor Support Load/unload trucks and stage materials for deliveries and customer pickup
Pull and prepare orders accurately and efficiently
Operate forklifts and material handling equipment (training provided)
Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse and job site environment
Safety & Compliance Follow all company safety policies and OSHA guidelines
Always use required personal protective equipment (PPE)
Pass pre-employment DOT physical and drug screening requirements
CDL Training & Career Path
Opportunity to advance into a CDL Driver role
Eligibility for company-sponsored CDL school and training with 18-month (1 and a half years) commitment once CDL is acquired
Hands-on experience working alongside CDL drivers
Opportunity to progress into specialized equipment operation and higher earning potential
Requirements
What You'll Bring:
Valid driver's license (Class C or D) with a clean driving record
Strong work ethic and interest in a long-term driving career
Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
Commitment to safety and customer service
Previous warehouse, construction, or delivery experience is a plus (not required)
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull 50-100 lbs. regularly
Frequent bending, lifting, and manual material handling
Ability to pass a DOT physical (required for future CDL eligibility)
Work Environment & Schedule
Local, daytime routes - home daily
Monday-Friday schedule with potential overtime
Working in warehouse and outdoor job site conditions
Exposure to varying weather conditions
