Job description

Talent Solutions is seeking an experienced MIG Welder to join our team. The Welder will use MIG welding equipment to assemble and weld steel and aluminum parts, ensuring high-quality work that meets production standards. Responsibilities include reading blueprints, setting weld controls, grinding, welding, inspecting final products, and following all safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

MIG weld steel and aluminum components.

Set up and operate welding equipment safely.

Inspect and ensure quality of all welds.

Read and interpret work orders and dimensions.

Perform grinding and basic maintenance as needed.

May cross-train in other manufacturing areas.

Qualifications:
