Job description

The Lead Warehouse Associate plays a critical role in overseeing day-to-day warehouse operations to ensure efficient inventory management and order fulfillment. Reporting directly to the Warehouse Manager and Operations Manager, this self-managed role requires leading a team while enforcing safety standards and maintaining quality control.

Responsibilities

  • Manage inventory control to maintain accurate stock levels
  • Coordinate order fulfillment processes to meet customer requirements
  • Oversee shipping coordination and receiving management
  • Operate forklifts safely to handle goods
