Production Supervisor Our client is a growing injection molding company within the packaging industry. This position is an addition to their team, signifying their continued growth. Immediate Vacancy $75K to $85K with benefits upon start! RRSP match upon completion of 3-month probationary period. Quarterly bonus upon completion of 3-month probationary period. 2 weeks vacation weekly Wednesday staff lunch team events and outings Continental Shift 7 am to 7 pm 7 pm to 7 am; 2 week rotation Your experience brings - 2 to 3 years Production Supervisor experience focused on daily work flow based on production needs - strong ability to train, lead and develop a team of 30+ employees - safety minded with a preventative mindset - experience in 5S and Lean Manufacturing - Counterbalance forklift and crane experience an asset - MS Dynamics, Excel Monitor the smooth and timely flow of production to ensure a quality product is delivered to the customer.
