  • Job Summary
    • Deliver and Install major household appliances to customer's homes
    Washers, Dryer, Refrigerators, Ranges, Hoods, Microwaves, Dishwasher, Grills, Air Conditioners
    • Load and unload appliances into trucks
    • Know how to take apart and reassemble appliance
    • Provide excellent service and customer care during the delivery and installation of appliances in customers' home
    • Assist in unloading and unboxing merchandise
    • Deliver new/reconditioned product, move/remove old appliances
    • Must have mechanical skills and willingness to learn new things
    • Proficient in shutting off and connecting water and gas lines and how to check for leaks
    • Disconnects and reconnects appliance. Ensure all gas hook ups and water line hook ups are connected properly
    • Observes and test operation of appliance following installation and making any initial installation adjustments that are necessary
    •Educate customers regarding operation and care of appliance
    • Protect the customer's home while working, cleaning work area of all debris
    • Maintains professional appearance
    • Legibly complete all necessary paperwork
    • Collect payments from customers for job
    • Maintains stock of parts used in on-site installation
    • Performs daily safety check on truck/ Daily Organized warehouse
    • Cooperate with sales and service departments to share information across the organization
    • Ability to work well under pressure, meeting deadlines
    • Shall demonstrate cooperative behavior with colleagues and supervisors
    • Heavy lifting required
