Job Summary: This position is responsible for all aspects of the semi-trailer lease & rental process including invoicing, rental agreements, maintenance standards, and customer service at the branch.

Essential Duties:
  • Manages all aspects of the equipment at the branch.
  • Perform digital inbound and outbound trailer inspections (yard checks).
  • Inspection of trailers for safety and federal guidelines.
  • Vendor Relations - Coordinate all work performed on trailers with vendors to meet PSL Repair Standards
  • Customer Relations - Generate invoices, handle credit applications, agreements, and daily use of the company CRM software.
  • Manage trailer telematics including installations, upgrades, customer account setup, and support.
  • Assist the LR Operations Supervisor as needed with collections of Accounts Receivables.
  • Daily administrative paperwork and electronic filing.
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and live chats.
  • Accountable for cost control of the branch.
  • Perform light manual tasks as needed including branch grounds upkeep and trailer sweeping.

Education and Experience:
  • Education - College Bachelor's Degree; preferred: 2+ years of trailer/industry experience.
  • Mechanical experience is desired, but not required.

Physical Environments:
  • Must be able to occasionally lift and or move up to 50 pounds.
  • Must be able to get in, out, and underneath trailers as well as regularly walk in the yard.
