Summary
Join our regional, dedicated team as a CDL Class A Driver supporting Family Dollar store routes across the region. This is a solo driving role with reliable freight, modern automatic equipment, weekly payroll, and strong earning potential—plus a $10,000 sign-on bonus and guaranteed minimum weekly pay.
Compensation & Perks

Key Responsibilities
• Operate a Class A tractor-trailer safely and professionally on a dedicated regional route.
• Deliver freight to Family Dollar store locations according to scheduled appointments and route plans.
• Assist with trailer unloading as required at delivery sites, following safe material-handling practices.
• Perform thorough pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections; report any maintenance or safety concerns promptly.
• Maintain accurate logs and required documentation in compliance with DOT and company policies.
• Communicate proactively with dispatch/operations regarding delays, road conditions, or service issues.
• Ensure cargo is secured and handled properly to prevent damage and maintain delivery quality.
• Represent the company professionally at customer locations and support positive customer relationships.
Qualifications (Must-Have)
• Age 21 or older.
• Valid CDL Class A license.
• Minimum of 3 months verifiable driving experience (Class A).
• Ability and willingness to perform trailer unloading as part of the route requirements.
• Ability to meet DOT physical requirements and maintain compliance with all safety regulations.
• Reliable attendance and the ability to follow a dedicated schedule and routing requirements.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have
• Prior dedicated, regional, or retail store delivery experience.
• Experience operating automatic transmission tractors.
• Strong customer-service mindset and comfort working independently in a solo role.
