Mohawk Trail Counseling Center is actively seeking a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a full-time capacity. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Mohawk Trail Counseling Center, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources.
• Providing individualized therapy, group therapy, and family therapy using evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and healthcare professionals to develop integrated client-centered treatment plans.
• Facilitating crisis intervention as necessary, including risk assessments and developing safety plans for at-risk clients.
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client interactions in accordance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Leading engaging group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups tailored to client needs.

Your work will directly involve a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults from various backgrounds. This role will allow you to address unique mental health challenges faced by individuals, implementing personalized care strategies tailored to their experiences and needs. Your ability to promote resilience and recovery will be an essential part of their healing journeys.

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A strong foundation in evidence-based therapeutic modalities and clinical assessment techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, allowing for meaningful connections with clients and team members.

We prefer candidates who have a minimum of two years of experience working in a mental health or outpatient setting, as well as familiarity with telehealth practices. Experience in facilitating both individual and group therapy sessions will be highly advantageous in this role.
