Job description

Take the Wheel on Your Next Adventure

Love the trail as much as the classroom? Join our team as a Trail Guide and turn your passion for off-road driving into an unforgettable experience for Bronco guests. In this role, you'll coach guests through challenging terrain, build their confidence behind the wheel, and deliver the kind of hands-on brand experience that keeps them talking long after they've parked. If getting muddy, mentoring drivers, and working outdoors sounds like your ideal workday, we want to hear from you.

Position Details

  • Employment Type: 1099 Contractor
  • Pay Rate: $250 per day
  • Schedule: Primarily Saturdays, 8–10 hour shifts

Responsibilities 

  • Coach guests of all skill levels, adapting your teaching approach to match each driver in the group
  • Break down complex vehicle systems and off-road techniques into clear, easy-to-follow instruction
  • Lead mixed-ability groups across varied terrain in every kind of weather
  • Read the trail and adjust routes or pacing as conditions change
  • Handle trail repairs and routine maintenance when the situation calls for it
  • Flag any vehicle maintenance needs to the appropriate team
  • Keep vehicles clean, detailed, and guest-ready
  • Maintain trail equipment in top working condition
  • Take on additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Successful completion of our instructor training and certification program (provided)
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • Off-road driving experience preferred
  • Proven ability to drive manual transmission vehicles off-road (required)
  • Openness to feedback and coaching from supervisors
  • Sharp verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and timeliness
  • Independent judgment and solid problem-solving instincts
  • A guest-first mindset with a drive to exceed expectations
  • Team-oriented attitude and a professional presence on and off the trail

Physical Demands & Work Environment

  • Outdoor work in all weather conditions
  • Occasional lifting or moving of up to 30 pounds
  • Close vision and the ability to adjust focus while riding in a moving vehicle
  • Weekend and evening availability required
