Overview
  • $16/hr base pay
  • $55-$75/hr prevailing wage on eligible jobs
  • (Yes - real earning potential depending on assigned projects!)

We're looking for reliable, safety-minded individuals to join our Traffic Control team. If you enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and being part of essential road-safety operations, this role is an excellent fit.
This is a full-time, all-season position with opportunities for growth and certification.
What You'll Do
โœ… Set up and remove lane closures
โœ… Flag and direct traffic safely around work zones
โœ… Read and follow traffic control plans
โœ… Load, assemble, and deploy signage and safety equipment
โœ… Work in the field and assist in the warehouse as needed
โœ… Communicate clearly with crews, clients, and team members
โœ… Operate pickup trucks and safely maneuver trailers
โœ… Keep accurate work order documentation
What You Bring
  • 21+ years old
  • Reliable and able to work early mornings
  • Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons
  • Strong attention to detail & safety-first mindset
  • Able to lift up to 40 lbs
  • Works well independently or as part of a crew
  • Flagging certification a plus - training provided if needed!
  • Good with maps, directions, and following set plans
