Traffic Sign Installer
Job Location: Brevard County
Job Type: Full-Time
Days: Monday - Friday
Hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Salary range: Pending Experience
(Additional compensation in the form of Health amp; Welfare, Paid Holidays, Employee Stock, Ownership Plan (ESOP), PTO and 401k plan
Valid Driver's License Required

Creative Management Technology is seeking Traffic Sign Installer to install, replace, and
maintain roadway signs on FDOT projects.
Responsibilities:
  • Install and replace roadway signs with FDOT amp;amp; MUTCD standards
  • Set sign posts using augers, concrete, and hand tools
  • Measure and align signs to proper height and offset
  • Perform basic sign maintenance and inspections
  • Work safely in active traffic zones following MOT plans
  • Operate and work safely with heavy equipment
  • Follow all safety policies and procedures
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
  • Two or more years of driving with a demonstrated safe driving record.
  • Successfully pass a comprehensive background check, criminal check, and drug
  • test.
  • Ability to communicate clearly in English, both orally and in writing.
  • Construction, roadway, or traffic control experience preferred
  • Experience operating or assisting with heavy equipment
  • Ability to work outdoors and perform physical labor (lift to 50 lbs.)
  • Strong safety awareness
  • Valid driver’s license required (CDL a plus)
  • FDOT MOT certification a plus
