The Tower Traffic Attendant is responsible for providing professional and courteous service to each and every guest. They will be responsible for exceeding guest expectations through positive interactive skills.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for maintaining the Wynn standards of service with guests and coworkers at all times.
  • Responsible for delivering and maintaining the Forbes 5-Star level of service.
  • Tower Traffic Attendant is responsible for directing, monitoring and screening traffic.
  • Assisting in guest taxi and limo requests at the Tower Suites driveway entrance.
  • Able to communicate information to the Tower Suites Doormen clearly via radio.
  • Attendant is required to prevent and redirect non-authorized vehicles and guests from entering into the Tower Suites drive.
  • Attendant works directly with the Tower Suites Doormen and is often required to summon taxis and limos for guests.
  • Reports issues and/or potential problems to immediate supervisor.
  • Ensures the Wynn standards of cleanliness and appearance for all areas.
  • Works with safety as a priority, and follows department and company safety standards.
  • Knows and adheres to Wynn and departmental policies and procedures, embraces company culture and takes pride in the resort and amenities.
  • Understands and is well versed in the resort, hotel features and services including all outlets, hours of operation, activities and events available to guests.
  • Attends required training classes and incorporates new standards, service knowledge and safety into daily work practices.
  • Looks for opportunities to assist peers, guests, other departments or leaders at all times.
  • Solution oriented, stays on task and promotes teamwork.
  • Awareness of guest experience at all times, smiles and makes eye contact and communicates professionally.
  • Performs all other job related duties as assigned.
