ThePerformanceMedia Trading Managerisa role with our US In-House Media team, supporting theNativebusiness within our North America division and willbe responsible forthe implementation of our digital media strategies. As a US Media Trading Manager, you will be a collaborative and courageous leader whose primary focus will be helping to execute socialand programmaticmedia campaigns for the business, inclusive of audience & inventory strategy and ongoing campaign optimizations that deliver on the intended goals &objectivesfor the investment.

As the Beauty CarePerformance MediaTrading Manager, you will:

  • Be responsible forsocialand programmatictactical plan creation as well as audience creation, campaign set up, execution, tagging/trafficking creativeassetsand reporting across socialand programmaticmedia channels.

  • Monitor campaign pacing and manage delivery and performance in line with Brand KPIs, goals, andobjectivesmaking ongoing campaign optimization recommendations.

  • Measureimpactof campaigns using quantitative and qualitative metrics.

  • Share pacing and performance updates and resulting recommendations with the team on a weekly basis.

  • Present campaign recaps and insights to strategic planners and brand teams.

  • Fully understand the category media model and media plans and the role of Social& Programmaticcampaigns within those. Learn and contribute to the category's overarchingdigitalstrategy.

  • Work with category media team and agencies to ensure buys areinput properlyinto Prisma and other tools and trafficking is completed accurately. QA campaigns and flag any issues.

  • Keep regular and detailed optimization notes and campaign insights -identifyopportunities for cross-tactic optimization (shifts).

  • Maintainpartner relationships, keep up to date on platform updates, bugs,trainingsand raise issues or areas of opportunity for improvement withinSocial& Programmaticcapabilities.

  • Collaborate on planning,strategyand capabilities with the full media team. Work with the team on experiments to continuously improve and evolvedigital mediaapproach.

  • Be a Social& Programmatic mediaexpert and thought leader for the team. Understand latest developments in digital media from meeting with suppliers, industry news,etc.

  • Understand and implement datastrategyfor targeting in partnership with the team. Keep up to date on targeting capabilities and available data.

  • Troubleshoot platform, campaign, and Ad Ops issues and solve technical blockers

  • Work with A&I andrestof the media team to develop dashboards and reporting capabilities.

  • Train other team members in various parts of campaign strategy,managementand analytics.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • 4-5+ years experiences as asocial andprogrammatic trader

  • Experiencebuilding andoptimizingcampaignsusingMeta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, YouTube,The Trade Desk

  • Prefer experience with clients who have significant national advertising and experience in Consumer-Packaged Goods and/or other fast-moving, consumer facing spaces are preferred

  • Strong math and analytical skills

  • Foundational marketing acumen

  • Advanced computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint at minimum)

  • Ability to learn server-based software and tools

  • Strong interest in and familiarity with full media planning and activation process

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

  • Passion for media and specificallymedia buyingas a trader
