Your work will focus on equities trading, options trading, margin investing, and related issues experienced by our fast-growing presence in the marketplace.
What You'll Do:
  • Communicate with customers using email, phone, and chat, providing efficient and effective solutions with kindness
  • Professionally and efficiently resolve customer complaints, issues, and disputes, handling escalated complex cases when necessary
  • Act as the voice of the customer by identifying and communicating customer pain points or opportunities to the product team

Requirements
What You Bring:
  • FINRA Series 7 and 63 required
  • Bilingual English/Chinese proficiency preferred
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economics or related field Preferred.
  • Exemplary professionalism with meticulous attention to detail, patience, and empathy
  • Strong crisis management and decision-making skills
  • Excellent cross-departmental communication and coordination abilities
  • Capable of working under high-pressure conditions
  • 1+ years of relevant experience in the financial industry preferred
  • Experience executing and managing trades across different asset classes preferred
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements preferred
  • The ideal candidate will demonstrate accountability by taking ownership of their actions, behaviors, performance, and decisions-including punctuality and attendance-while responsibly managing leave in accordance with their agreed entitlement.

Base pay for a successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected salary range for this role is $50,000 - $70,000. This role is also eligible to participate in our discretionary bonus plan.
