Processing Operator I

3M is seeking Processing Operator candidates for 3M Indianapolis, Indiana.

  • Full- time: 2nd Shifts available (5:45am - 4:15pm)
  • Starting Rate: $23.88 + Shift Differentials

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Possess a High School Diploma/GED or higher.
  • Minimum two (2) months of previous experience of operating production machinery.
  • Working 8-10-hour shifts, overtime, extended hours, weekend, holidays (as needed), and short notice shift coverage.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Basic computer knowledge
  • 6 months to 1 year of operating production machinery.
  • Ability to read blueprints.
  • Knowledge of Inventory Systems.
  • Working a team/group

Pay & Benefits:

  • The starting rate of pay for this position is $23.88. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
